Andre Cisco, a safety selected by the Jaguars in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft, signed his rookie contract Thursday afternoon. He became the fourth of the Jaguars' 2021 draft selections to sign with the team.
Cisco, who played at Syracuse University, was the No. 65 overall selection.
Cisco (6-feet-0, 209 pounds) played in 24 games at Syracuse, starting 21. He registered 136 tackles (94 solo), with 29 passes defensed and 13 interceptions. He forced two fumbles with a fumble recovery in his college career.
Cisco, who sustained a season-ending knee injury after starting the first two games of the 2020 season, forewent his final season to enter the 2021 NFL Draft. He was rated the No. 1 safety in the country by Lindy's heading into his junior season.
The Jaguars currently have four '21 draft selections unsigned: Quarterback Trevor Lawrence (Round 1, No. 1 overall, Clemson), running back Travis Etienne Jr. (Round 1, No. 25, Clemson), cornerback Tyson Campbell (Round 2, No. 33 overall, Georgia) and offensive tackle Walker Little (Round 2, No. 45 overall, Stanford).
The Jaguars also have signed wide receiver Jalen Camp (Round 6, No. 209, Georgia Tech), defensive end Jordan Smith (Round 4, No. 121, Alabama-Birmingham), tight end Luke Farrell (Round 5, No. 145, Ohio State) and defensive tackle Jay Tufele (Round 4, No. 106, Southern California).
